His legacy
In Memory of Jason Brice Page
Jason Brice Page was born on December 7, 1972 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.  He weighed 6 lbs. 3 oz. and was 20” inches long.  He was the youngest of my two boys the oldest being Richard Lee Page, Jr. whom we called Ricky.  Ricky was 7 years old when he was born.  Ricky would not go out and play with his friends for a couple of weeks because he was so excited about his little brother.  Jason was always demanding from the beginning.  I thought he was hyper.  I asked the Dr. when he was 3 years old if he was hyper and he said no he was just demanding and he could make a million dollars by the time he was 35 years old if he played his cards right.  Of course that did not happen.  He had high hopes though.

Jason played football for the Welcome Warriors when he was young and was very good at Skateboarding. He was always mischevious. He never lost his childlike playfulness and he enjoyed everything he attmpted.

Jason loved sports and was a Clemson Tigers Fan and Jeff Gordon racing fan.  He loved four wheeling and the ocean.  He also loved playing in the snow.  Of course we don’t get much of that here in South Carolina.

He worked for Fairway in Simpsonville, SC detailing automobiles.  He had a landscaping business on the side that he wanted to go into full time.

Jason was well liked by everyone.  He had a good personality and was people oriented.

He had a cute smile.  He was in car sales for a while and told me he hated it because he had to lie to people and play the game between the manager and the customer. He was a caring person.

Jason was married to Leslie Bailey Page and they have a daughter Sydney Brice Page that was born prematurely August 1, 2001 and weighed only 3 lbs. 14 oz.  He loved that little girl more than anything in the world.  His life revolved around her.  She really misses her daddy.  We all miss him very much.

The family would like to express their thanks for the expression of love and support by their many friends, neighbors and co-workers.
